The Italwinch Devon Horizontal Windlass is manufactured out of hard anodized aluminum and chrome-plated bronze. The gypsy suits 5/16" G4 or 3/8" G4 calibrated chain. The Italwinch Devon is mounted completely on-deck and its heavy-duty design assures a maximum operating life. It is easy to install and maintain. It comes with an independent chrome-plated ribbed warping drum that can be operated independently from the gypsy. The oil bath gearbox can easily be filled by removing filler cap on top of the windlass.
An integrated chain counter sensor is also included that any of the MZ chain counter units can be fitted to. Available with 1000w and 1500w motors and 12 or 24 volts.
